The main function of a davit arm is support for. A davit base which is permanently installed to building structure. The davit suspends either a roof rigged or ground rigged powered platform with safe access and egress on the roof. They provide support and stability to roof rigged or ground rigged suspension platforms over the edge of the building s façade which allows workers to perform cleaning repair and maintenance operations on the building safely.

Dvt trr x xx is a high profile taller suspension point for roof launched platforms. This ensures the most corrosive resistant anchor available. A davit system is installed around the perimeter of the rooftop and is designed to suspend self powered platforms cages or even bosun chairs. The entire anchor is hot dipped galvanized on the interior and exterior surfaces.

The davit system consists of galvanized steel sockets anchored to the building and a high strength aluminium alloy mast and arm the davit. A davit system includes the following components.
